I'm posting this to inform everyone that starting January 1st, the following items will be banned from landfills:
  • Televisions
  • Monitors
  • Printers
  • Computers
  • Electonic Keyboards
  • Fascimile Machines
  • Video Cassette Recorders
  • Portable Digital Music Players
  • Digital Video Disc Players
  • Video Game Consoles
  • Small Scale Servers
  • Scanners
  • Elecronic Mice
  • Digital Converter Boxes
  • Cable Receivers
  • Satellite Receivers
  • Digital Video Disc Recorders.

The following facilities are willing to accept these items:



Mack's Auto Recycling: 2808 N Lincoln, Urbana (217) 328-2100

Bryants: 531 E Highway 36, Tuscola (217) 253-2477

Marcos: 302 S Market, Champaign (217) 352-3040
