Stephen Frank has filed an objection to Stephanie Holderfield's petition for Circuit Clerk.  Holderfield signed Ben Carlson's (Democrat) petition that included language, "We, the undersigned, members of and affiliated with the Democratic Party and qualified primary electors of the Democratic Party."

OBJECTION DOCUMENT (PARTIAL) ... does not include the actual petitions, but a summary of the objection.

A local electoral board will be convened, Chaired by Gordy Hulten, that includes the State's Attorney Julia Reitz and Circuit Clerk Linda Frank. 

A decision by the electoral board can be appealed to the Circuit Court.
