City Council Goal Setting Process
As the City Council works to develop City Goals for the next two years, we would like to seek the public's input. Staff has developed questions that you may answer that will give Council some ideas and direction that you would like to suggest. We held our first Study Session on the new goals on August 30th. Our next meetings will be October 11th and 12th. The public is invited to observe, but will not be able to participate. The surveys will be compiled and the information will be given to the Council for consideration. Please take a few moments to complete the three questions.

Thank you for your time in completing our survey. It will be a valuable tool for determining the future goals of our fine city!
A teacher and a politician. I am serving in my first term on the Champaign City Council. I was born and raised in Champaign and have lived here most of my life. I received a B.S. in Education and an M.S. in Guidance and Counseling from Eastern Illinois University. After several years in full-time employment, I am now teaching preschool part-time which allows me the priviledge of serving my constituents the rest of the time! I am married and have two adult children and two grandchildren. This is my first attempt at a serious blog, so be kind!
